Sheila Biggers, President & CEO, JABC

Sheila M. Biggers is the President and CEO of JA British Columbia, a not-for-profit impact organization that delivers innovative educational programs to youth. An experienced leader of over 25 years in the not-for-profit and public sectors, she is passionate about supporting youth and is focused on growing teams and organizations in education and philanthropy.

Sheila was previously the Associate Dean for Development and Alumni Engagement at the UBC Sauder School of Business and currently sits on a number of boards and committees including the Peter P. Dhillon Centre for Business Ethics at UBC Sauder School of Business and Quest University. Sheila holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Victoria.

Deborah Wakeham, Vice President of Programs, JABC

Deborah Wakeham is the Vice President of Programs at JA British Columbia. She is committed to providing valuable learning experiences for youth and engaging volunteers who deliver the programs and bring their real-world experiences into classrooms.
