Jr. CRM Tech Support
We are seeking a Jr. CRM Support person to provide support to new and existing customers, as well as our team of implementation consultants and software developers.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
- Process incoming support calls and emails from our client base
- Track progress on customer support tickets
- Use the tools provided to resolve technical problems with our products as well as Interfacing with Vendors and IT support personnel
- Assist a team of consultants in implementing our products
- Perform Quality Assurance Analysis on our products in development
The successful candidate’s skills should include:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related discipline (Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Industry Specific Principles (Mandatory)
- Fantastic people skills and a professional telephone manner (Mandatory)
- Experience in a Call Centre, Telemarketing, or Quality Assurance role
- Experience with object-oriented programming is an asset
- Experience with programming in C#, ASP, ASP.Net and HTML are all assets

- Following up with prospects who have attended events, received product demos or presentations, and requested information
