Jr. CRM Tech Support

We are seeking a Jr. CRM Support person to provide support to new and existing customers, as well as our team of implementation consultants and software developers.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

  • Process incoming support calls and emails from our client base
  • Track progress on customer support tickets
  • Use the tools provided to resolve technical problems with our products as well as Interfacing with Vendors and IT support personnel
  • Assist a team of consultants in implementing our products
  • Perform Quality Assurance Analysis on our products in development

The successful candidate’s skills should include:

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related discipline (Mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Industry Specific Principles (Mandatory)
  • Fantastic people skills and a professional telephone manner (Mandatory)
  • Experience in a Call Centre, Telemarketing, or Quality Assurance role
  • Experience with object-oriented programming is an asset
  • Experience with programming in C#, ASP, ASP.Net and HTML are all assets

This job is for a full-time position starting in June.

Customer Service Representative

Work close to home for a fast growing company. BelMar Consulting is the largets Sage Software business partner in Western Canada selling CRM.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Fielding inbound calls from customers in a professional and effective manner
- Communicating with existing customers on new product features and enhancements
- Executing warm outbound calls regarding customer service issues, sales promotions, event promotions
- Coordinating with Sales Representatives to schedule demos and presentations
- Following up with prospects who have attended events, received product demos or presentations, and requested information
- Develop email marketing campaigns

Inside Software Sales

BelMar Consulting - Largest Sage Software CRM Business Partner in BC is looking for an Inside Sales rep.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Selling the full suite of Sage CRM Solutions to customers
- Up selling services and products to existing customers
- Follow up with prospects and customers
- Writing email marketing campaigns
- Keeping up to date on new products

This is a commission based job with a guaranteed income.

Marketing Assistant

BelMar Consulting - Largest Sage Software CRM Business Partner in BC is looking for a Marketing Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Talking with existing customers via phone and profiling their business
- Designing email and letter marketing campaigns
