Belmar has been owned and operated by Scott Billows since 2003, when he followed his passion and dove into the field of Customer Relationship Management. He is just as passionate today and that shines through in his leadership and a team who is both ambitious and dedicated to our clients’ success.

Our team is made up of top tier talent from more than 6 countries and different educational backgrounds. Each person brings their breadth of perspective to creating solutions as unique as the businesses we serve.

We have certifications across the board from Certified Salesforce Consultants to Developers and each individual is an expert in their area.

Scott Billows, the CEO of Belmar, is truly passionate about our clients’ success. Scott feels a real sense of duty and responsibility for the care of both his clients and his team at Belmar. That commitment drives Scott to make every client feel like they are our only client, and because our company is just the right size, we can deliver that client experience. Big enough to tackle large scale projects, but small enough to have a people-based culture, we provide hands-on support every step of the way.  Scott wouldn’t have it any other way.

Scott grew up in Langley and is an avid road cyclist who thrives on competition. He earned his BA at SFU and started his career at Cominco (Now known as Teck Resources), working with ESRI software as a member of the international exploration team. Intrigued by software, he moved to Ernex Marketing (Now Moneris) and joined their technology team where he was introduced to CRM. During his time at Ernex, Scott lead their country-wide CRM deployment, transforming the sales and marketing organization.

Scott left Ernex in 2002 at the time he acquired a small start-up consulting firm named Belmar. Within two years Scott grew Belmar to be the third largest Sage Software consulting firm in North America, with a specialization in CRM. Recognizing the superior value of CRM platform Salesforce, Scott transformed Belmar again in 2010 by selling our Sage Software practice so we could apply a single focus of state-of-the-art solutions through Salesforce.

As of 2015, Belmar is now the number one provider of Salesforce in Public Sector within Western Canada, and the company is in the midst of rapid growth. Scott prides himself on the team’s ability to speed up innovation and “Participate in the lives of our customers in a way that has so much impact”. Scott has worked on over 500 projects to date, and is able to draw from a deep well of experience as he leads the team to create unique solutions for each business we partner with.

Scott is so proud of the success we’ve had at Belmar, and believes that our greatest days are still ahead.
