Recession-Proof with CRM
How effectively are you using CRM in your business today? With uncertain economic times ahead managing sales and controlling costs will become an important part of running your business. 2. Speed of Response – how fast do you respond to your prospects?
Providing on-demand response to your prospects may not be as difficult as you think. Integrating your website with CRM can provide immediate response to your prospect, while simultaneously delivering a message to your Blackberry with the name and phone number of the person that just hit your site.

Ask yourself this question -
"Why can I not guarantee a 15 minute response time for anyone who enters his/her prospect details on my website?"

Assuming that you offered a response guarantee to your prospects, it is important to pass on the lead to your sales team quickly. By using ACT! or SageCRM integrated to your website you can easily achieve this.
